As a Junior Property Valuation Advisor Specialist, your responsibilities will encompass:
Key Activities
• Valuation Reports: Aid in the creation of comprehensive real estate appraisal documents, guaranteeing their precision and conformity with global benchmarks (such as TEGOVA and RICS).
• Real Estate Market Investigation: Execute thorough market investigations to underpin property appraisals, encompassing competition analysis, shifts in the marketplace, and relevant financial indicators.
• Consultancy Support: Provide assistance to the consultation group on initiatives related to property asset optimization, financial modeling, and asset recovery schemes.
• Data Interpretation: Examine financial and asset information to generate actionable insights pertinent to the valuation process.
• Regulatory Adherence: Ensure strict compliance with statutory and governing stipulations across all appraisal and consultation procedures.
• Team Synergy: Collaborate closely with experienced appraisers, design specialists, measurement professionals, and technical experts to deliver superior quality outcomes.
• Stakeholder Interaction: Engage in meetings with clients to grasp their requirements and present valuation conclusions under the guidance of a supervisor.

Candidate Profile
Essential Qualifications
• Possessing or actively pursuing accreditation as a REV (TEGOVA) or RICS Certified Assessor.
• An undergraduate qualification in relevant fields such as Land Use Planning, Geomatics Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architectural Design, Asset Management, Program Direction, or Financial Science.
• A minimum of one to two years of experience in real estate appraisals or associated domains (e.g., market intelligence gathering, property consultation).
• Familiarity with various property pricing frameworks (e.g., replacement cost approach, capitalization of income, comparative sales analysis).
• Competency in spreadsheet software (Excel) and specialized assessment utilities; possessing robust skills in analysis, investigation, and professional report drafting.
• Proficiency in the English language.
• Characterized by a meticulous focus on specifics, a deep commitment to excellence, and an enthusiasm for continuous development within a collective setting.
