We are looking for an Appraiser to join our team and contribute to our growing appraisal department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections and assessments of properties to determine their market value.
  • Utilize industry-standard appraisal methodologies and tools (EVS, IVS, RICS) to accurately conduct property valuations.
  • Prepare detailed appraisal reports that include relevant data, analysis, and supporting documentation.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulations, and best practices in the appraisal industry.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear explanations of appraisal results and addressing any inquiries or concerns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a quanitative component (e.g., Engineering, Real Estate, Finance, Economics)
  • Fluency in English and Greek and good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently while adhering to deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A driver’s licence

Desired Skills / Qualifications (though not required):

  • Experience as an Appraiser, with a track record of accurate and reliable appraisals.
  • Certification as a certified appraiser (REV, RICS).
  • Familiarity with local real estate markets and regulatory guidelines.
