We are seeking for an experienced Valuer to join our motivated and ambitious Group Real
Estate team.
Responsibilities
Review and re-evaluate residential and commercial real estate appraisals, in
compliance with local legislation, internal policies and ECB/EBA/NPL guidelines
& regulations
Conduct valuations and prepare relevant reports by generating and analyzing
market trends
Facilitate requests for reconsideration of value to external appraisers
Act as a liaison between external appraisers and internal staff for clarification
purposes and additional information regarding appraisal reports
Analyze Real Estate market trends and property values to determine accurate
valuations
Up-to-date knowledge on industry developments, new standards, tools and
Industry Best Practices
Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience in the Real Estate sector
of an Organization or a Consulting firm
BSc in Engineering, Real Estate Management & Development or other fields
related to Property Valuation
Related professional qualification completed and valid (i.e. RICS, TEGoVA)
MSc in a relevant field will be considered an asset
Very strong analytical skills and problem solving mindset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
