We are seeking for an experienced Valuer to join our motivated and ambitious Group Real
Estate team.

 Review and re-evaluate residential and commercial real estate appraisals, in
compliance with local legislation, internal policies and ECB/EBA/NPL guidelines
& regulations
 Conduct valuations and prepare relevant reports by generating and analyzing
market trends
 Facilitate requests for reconsideration of value to external appraisers
 Act as a liaison between external appraisers and internal staff for clarification
purposes and additional information regarding appraisal reports
 Analyze Real Estate market trends and property values to determine accurate
 Up-to-date knowledge on industry developments, new standards, tools and
Industry Best Practices

 Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience in the Real Estate sector
of an Organization or a Consulting firm
 BSc in Engineering, Real Estate Management & Development or other fields
related to Property Valuation
 Related professional qualification completed and valid (i.e. RICS, TEGoVA)
 MSc in a relevant field will be considered an asset
 Very strong analytical skills and problem solving mindset
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
 Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
