Responsibilities
- Review and re-evaluate residential and commercial real estate appraisals, in compliance with local legislation, internal policies and ECB/EBA/NPL guidelines & regulations
- Conduct valuations and prepare relevant reports by generating and analyzing market trends
- Facilitate requests for reconsideration of value to external appraisers
- Act as a liaison between external appraisers and internal staff for clarificationpurposes and additional information regarding appraisal reports
- Analyze Real Estate market trends and property values to determine accuratevaluations
- Up-to-date knowledge on industry developments, new standards, tools andIndustry Best Practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience in the Real Estate sector of an Organization or a Consulting firm
- BSc in Engineering, Real Estate Management & Development or other fields related to Property Valuation
- Related professional qualification completed and valid (i.e. RICS, TEGoVA)
- MSc in a relevant field will be considered an asset
- Very strong analytical skills and problem solving mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
