Key Responsibilities
· Involved in all aspects of real estate advisory projects
· Investment analysis, memos, valuation and market reports
Requirements
· Analytical skills with solid financial valuation and modelling track record (cash flow, IRR and DCF models)
· Minimum of 2 years of experience at real estate valuations – accreditation desired
· High level of motivation and commitment to working hard, with a special focus on work quality and attention to details
· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced high-pressured environment, to stay organized and to work independently
· Strong team player with an appreciation for working in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment
· Strong academic background
