Alsvit an Hipoges Company is looking for an experienced Property Valuation Engineer to join our Valuations team in the Athens office. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting valuations for residential, commercial and industrial properties, and providing clients with actionable insights into the local market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property valuations for residential, commercial industrial and other specialised assets (including hospitality / hotel properties)
- Prepare detailed valuation reports with market analysis and comparable data
- Advise clients on property investment strategies
- Stay updated on local real estate trends and regulations
- Ensure compliance with industry standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Real Estate Valuation
- Degree in Engineering or related field
- Certification or membership in a professional valuation body (e.g., RICS, TEGoVA) is a plus
- Strong knowledge of property laws, valuation techniques and market trends
- Fluent in Greek and English (written and spoken)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
