ALSVIT a Hipoges Company, is looking for a Property Valuer to join the Valuations team in Athens. The successful candidate will compile and verify market evidence for report. The candidate will be responsible for preparing valuations for commercial and residential assets.
- BSc/MSc in Engineering or other relevant degree related to Property Valuation
- At least 2 years of working experience in the field
- Willing to obtain Property Valuer accreditation (REV / Valuer in Real Estate)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Acting proactively to identify any potential issues
