We are seeking a Valuations & Underwriting Analyst to strengthen our Real Estate Advisory team. If you are passionate about real estate and want to excel in a dynamic and international environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of real estate portfolios.
- Monitor, review, and ensure the quality of valuations delivered by external partners.
- Provide expert valuation opinions in line with International Valuation Standards and European Valuation Standards.
- Prepare advanced evaluation reports and sustainability studies (e.g., DCF Models, Hotels).
- Gather and analyze real estate market data and contribute to comprehensive market reports.
- Collaborate in project groups to implement cutting-edge software systems for company needs.
What We’re Looking For:
- 4+ years of professional experience in the real estate sector.
- A degree in Economics, Statistics, Civil Engineering, or Real Estate Management. REV, RICS, or CFA (Level 1) certification is a plus!
- Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel (knowledge of VBA is an advantage).
- Proven experience in real estate portfolio analysis, with a focus on NPL collaterals.
- Familiarity with statistical software such as Python, R, or ARGUS is desirable.
- Knowledge of Greek urban planning and building legislation.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical capabilities.
- A great communicator and a team player with a proactive, goal-driven mindset.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
