Key Role Responsibilities and Duties:

The candidate is responsible for producing property valuations that company can utilize in its core activity of NPL resolution. A thorough understanding of property values and market liquidity are therefore of the essence. In practice, the candidate will solicit property valuations from a network of external vendors. This role requires an intimate knowledge of the territory, both in terms of actual market dynamics (down to district or street level) and in terms of discerning and retaining the best vendors that are active on the ground. A proven ability to source, maintain, and interact sensibly with a network of numerous local suppliers is therefore core to the role.

In particular, the selected candidate will focus on the following key areas:

  1. Produce diligent and credible valuations of properties using internal and external resources.
  2. Aggregating, analyzing, and reporting data and determine value of Collateral/REO assets. 
  3. Plan, organize and monitor valuations and cash – bid proposals.
  4. Participate in auctions, meetings, conference calls and site visits for assets under auction.
  5. Review valuations from external network and present to court hearings.
  6. Defend asset prices in court hearings.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of experience.
  • Strong background in financing and modelling of real estate finance and investment cases.
  • BSc or MSc in a relevant field (Real Estate Mgmt., Planning and Development, Property Appraisal).
  • The candidate should have the necessary industry certifications (REV, RICS).
  • The candidate should be a Registered Certified Valuator.
  • Proven ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • The candidate should be highly proficient in spoken and written English.
  • The candidate should be fluent user of MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • The candidate should have a proven record of impeccable moral integrity, good work ethics and a clean criminal record.
